• ShopEase reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, incorrect product information, suspected misuse of promotional offers, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
• In the event an order is cancelled by ShopEase after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount paid by the customer will generally be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to applicable policies and payment processing timelines.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopEase, its owners, employees, service providers, and authorized representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activities, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
• ShopEase shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, internet disruptions, courier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Product Information and Availability
ShopEase makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on the Platform is accurate and up to date.

ShopEase uses third-party payment gateways and payment service providers to process online payments.
ShopEase does not request customers to share confidential information such as UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, banking passwords, or OTP through email, phone, or social media.
10. Orders and Cancellation
Placing an order on the Platform does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order.
ShopEase reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

Customers may cancel an order before dispatch, subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, the customer may be required to receive the order and initiate a return request if the order is eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, and Refunds
